I just replaced the clutch TOB and Pressure plate come to find out that my transmission was grinding due to the gears. Thanks Joey

My clutch is not working?

Just to make sure we are on the same page, you replace the clutch and pressure plate and the gears are still grinding?
If this is the case, I just want to be sure you replace the pilot bearing, slave cylinder and throw out bearing with I suspect you mean by TOB.
If you have not replaced the slave as well.
