2003 Kia Spectra batteries dies

It seems like when you try to start my car it wants to start but then it starts making a clicking noise. I have went to auto zone to recharge the battery but doesn't keep charge.

Load test the battery and alternator if okay could be a short circuit in the electrical system that's draining the battery.
