2002 Kia Spectra Squealing from Engine

Why does my engine squeal when I have the headlights, radio and/or AC on, even when the car has been warmed up and running for several (15-20) minutes?

Could this be a belt probelm?

Your belt is either too loose or too tight. It can also be that the belt has been squealing for a while that it deglazed. With your mileage, I would just replace the belt.
