Climate control out completely?

Went to start my car this morning and the climate control was completely out, no display and none of the buttons are working. I checked all the fuses and they are fine. how do i fix it and what could be the problem?

After bringing the dash control unit (with atc) in over night and then plugging it back in, (in the morning) it works again. can something it there freeze? how can they charge almost $700.00 for that part i can go get a laptop that is less expensive than that, and i am sure it has more involved/complicated parts than that thing.

Check for fuse in car and under the hood, one power is restored, if it does not work, we can read the fault codes on the display panel. here is the fuse box layout formation in car:

Check all that have anything to do with heat, A/C, and defrost. Report back when done.

thank you for your suggestion, but as i said in my question i checked all the fuses and all were fine.

If it stays working, it could have been a poor connection, or bad solder on the circuit board. inspect the pins on the board the connectors plug onto, solder is not what it used to be since they removed the lead. I have seen pins wiggle or spin on boards, and a quick remelt of the solder fixes everything.

I have had this problem with my 2006 Sorento and read that pulling the memory fuse under the hood will reset the panel. I did it and left it out for an hour when I put the fuse back in the panel came back to life. Fixed for free thankfully.
