2004 Kia Sorento V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 95k miles

This vehicle Has water in oil . Could it be just intahe manifold gasket failure or more probably head gasket?

Not likely to be manifold gasket as it is not linked to any oil passages. Most likely cause would be bad head gasket or even a cracked cylinder head.

Test would have to be carried out to determine the cause and head removal is required.
