2003 Kia Sorento tune up

Does it have a plastic cover over the top of the engine? Also, can you see the spark plug wires?

I changed my spark plugs and it was more trouble than I expected. It is a distributorless ignition system which means each plug has it's own coil mounted above it. You will have to remove the large plastic top cover and the smaller 2 covers over each bank of cylinders. Then each coil to access each plug. You will probably have to remove a metal bracket or two as well. Be careful not to stress the coils because you may break plastic. It took me 3 hours.
