With car running brake pedal goes to the floor and will not stop vehicle. Turn car off and you can pump up the pedal. No fluid leaks. Vacuum hose for booster is okay and check valve works (I took it off and blew and sucked into it). What's up with the brakes. It happened immediately, not over time.
