2001 Kia Sophia engine and transmission mounts

i had a guy say he replaced 2 mounts a front motor mount and a transmission mount. its still making a noise so i took it to 2 different auto shops that say only the front motor mount has been replaced. i told him what they said and he said he only replaced the inner parts for the other mount and it still had the old case on it thats why it doesn't look new. is that even possible?

I haven't the answer. I have similar problems with a 2000 model. In the meantime have you had your problem resolved? If so, care to share your solution and price for repairs?
