What should the fuel pressure be from the fuel pump? Plus how do I test it?

Hello,
On this the fuel pressure should be 47 PSI at the fuel rail and maximum pump output should be 92 PSI.
There is a port on the fuel rail that you can attach a pressure gauge to check the fuel pressure.
