Engine Cooling problem
1999 Kia Sophia Automatic 36500 miles
Hello my cooling fan for the radiator won't shut off when the car ir turned off. It does not run hot at all. I have to uplug the fan when I shut off the car to get the fan to stop. What do you suggest the problem could be?
