Steering problem
1999 Kia Sephia 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 160K miles

Hi, The spring in the steering column that clicks the turn signal has come off. I have the spring and a little white nub. Try'n to put it back in. I can get it in the little hole. the spings rides over that lip and clicks the switch up and down but it doesnt click back after a turn. So i know i dont have it right. Is there somewhere i can look at the blueprint to this and see how it goes in? Im collecting unemployment right now so cash is tight. Or i would just take it somewhere. Or buy a book if nothing else. I just need to know how it goes back in b4 i mess something up. Thank you in advance for your time and response.

We do not have diagrams for the actual repair of the arm .. you may fing it easier to buy a used arm from the recycle/scrap yard !
