1995 Kia Sephia engine cold starts, smokes, and poor accele

I have a 1995 Kia Sephia which has an oil leak. It won't start on the first try but eventually starts. It smokes more than just during start up now. Also it won't get any acceleration and tries to stall out. Please help!!!

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up please answer this question

What's the color of the smoke? Blue, Black or White

Hard start could be caused by a coolant temperature sensor not telling the computer to enrich the fuel during cold starts, a fuel pump relay that's acting up and intermittent problem with the ignition switch and low fuel pressure due to a weak fuel pump-Recommend a fuel pressure check.

NO acceleration could be a throttle position, Manifold absolute pressure sensor, MAF sensor, retarded ignition timing could be a transmission slipping
