1995 Kia Sephia Door Handles

Both of my back doors have never opened from the outside since I bought the car used. They open from the inside but today I took the door handle apart and im not sure if the handles are missing pieces or not does anybody know where I would be able to look at a pic of the inside of the door handle at???

The only thing I can suggest would be a repair manual. However, before purchasing any, make sure that info is in the book. Another idea would be to ask the dealer if they have a picture. I'm sure they would have it. Perhaps they would copy it for you.
