Both of the front console 12V power oulets don't supply power to anything i plug in. The 2 rear power outlets have power. I dont have any blown fuses.
I need to have some idea as to how that console comes apart / how to get to the wires feeding them to sort out the problem.

Hi snosaint, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

The rear are operational its powered by the ACC fuse the front is also on the same fuse-there's 2 relay that controls both-one for each-Check and test the front relay located in the junction block behind left side of dash, I'm sorry there's no pic to direct you to the exact relay, both are in the same location.

Are those relays uner the dash or dehind the kick panel that the fuse box is in?
I havent got into it yet, but if it is the relays, something must have caused them to fail & i may still be looking at needing to get into that center console to repair replace wiring or outlets.

Never found a relay for any of the 12V outlets. I did find underhood in another relay & fuse box a 40 amp fuse related to the cigar lighter but it was not blown. I could not find a blown fuse anywhere, and no under dash relays either.
I did find that the prior owners had left several coins stacked in the back seat outlet. I was able to get them out and now i have power to both rear outlets.
Oddly, after checking out all these things, i have power to the cigar lighter, but the power outlet next to it does not have power...yet.
