2004 Kia Rio couple of issues

2004 Kia Rio 4 cyl Automatic 42000 miles

ac is leaking on the passenger side, fan motor works only on high and makes a scrapping sounding noise and for the past week the car acts like it isn't going to start and then does .
Can you help.

Are you getting water on the carpet? If so, the drain is plugged. Open the hood, look on the passanger side firewall, and you will see a rubber hose going nowhere. Make sure it isn't plugged in the end. Dirt gets into them there and causes it to plug.

As far as the engine, has the check engine light ever come on? Also, have you tested fuel pump pressure?
