Engine Mechanical problem
2004 Kia Rio 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

After I had a shop recondition my cylinderhead fr this car and reinstalling everything back on the car to specs I now have another issue that you might be able to help me with.

This car has double overhead cams that sit on top of the cylinderhead. Now I have just oil pouring out of the the exhaust cam side. The leak seems to be flowing from where the exhaust cam sticks through the cyclinder head.

What do you see to be the problem? Would there a seal present that should restrict oil flow in both cams (Do you have a picture of such a seal)? For the Intake cam isn't leaking at all..

Thanks again... Go CAVS......

Since both camshafts are driven by belt/chain they have seals. The shop either forgor to install the seal or put it in crooked, have them reinstall the seal.
