Electrical problem
2002 Kia Rio Automatic
hi this is 4 my sister in law she has a kia rio her tail lights dont work (i replaced the bulbs) her dash lights dont work i checked the fuses under the dash there all good is there a fuse under the hood that might be blown i cant see one for the dash in owners manual can it be something else that im not aware of thanking you in advance 4 any help offered
