2003 Kia Sorrento, V6, 45000 miles
I have a squealing, squeaking noise from rear after hitting a hard bump or road hazard. Sometimes it squeals for a block or two before it goes away, but sometimes the sound only last for a few seconds. Dealer says brakes are fineand the caliper pressures all check out. Dealer had just rotated the tires, including the spare in the rotation. At first this noise was fairly constant but dealer could not isolate problem. The right rear tire, which had been the spare, had very low pressure, 20 lbs. We checked and reinflated all the tires to 33 lbs. The noise is now almost gone, except occassionaly, on hard speed bumps.
any ideas???
