Replace Wheel Lug Bolt on Passenger Front Wheel

I had a lug break off my Passengerside front wheel, I went to pull the rotor and hub to see if I could replace it myself, But I can't seem to get the rotor off the Hub. It's attached somehow and I can seem to get it off ot replace it. I can't seem to find a repair manual as well. Any ideas? Right now I'm driving around with just 4 of the five lug nuts on, which I know is okay, but I don't want to do this for much longer.
