the car is kia sephia 1993 with 16v double cam engine. the car had transported more than 190000 km, during travelling bad gas smill is detected and excessive fuel consumption, the exhaust system was checked and no problems found. the pecentage of co in exhaust was measeured and regulated by air flow meter untill no bad emmessions smile detected. after moving 60 km the bad emmessions are detected again.
