1996 KIA Sephia ; Noise coming from clutch area

could be a clutch release bearing or a bearing inside the transmission however an over adjusted clutch could have caused the release bearing to have faulted or if when you are driving you leave your foot on the clutch pedal effectively "riding the clutch" which is what sounds like you problem is though some might disagree with me on this i have seen many clutchs release bearings that fail but still work when you push on the clutch you really dont wanna mess with this unless you have worked on clutch's or standard trnsmissions before take it to a transmission shop best bet i hope this helps
