Engine swap?

My vehicle listed above needs an engine swap. The Kia K900 2015 model has the 5.0L Tau engine that is a lot cheaper to purchase on the eBay aftermarket. So, my question is, will a 2015 Kia k900 engine work in a 2012 Hyundai Equus?

The engine looks totally different, so I would say no. here are the engines I am talking about in the images below, if you are talking about something else, please upload the images of the engines. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
