2005 Kia Amanti change air cabin filter

At your convenience will you tell me how easy it is to do and where I can get step by step instructions. I was told the dashboard would need to come out, but I've seen online that that other cars are done from under the hood. I was unable to find an answer for my Amanti. Thank you so much
