Key-less remote will not program

I’m not able to program my key-less remotes. I tried a locksmith to program them but he couldn’t he was able to pegan the key but not the key-less remote. What can be the issue and how do I fix it?

There could be a wiring issue or even an immobilizer issue. I attached the testing that you need to run through in order to figure this out. However, my money would be on the immobilizer.
