Remote will not unlock my door anymore and the alarm will not set

Where is the module actually located? When I start the engine the doors lock with no problem, it is just when I try to unlock from the outside and try to set the alarm. Remote starts the van with no issue and I have two remotes and they do the same.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a TIPM going out which is common. To be sure please check the fuses. here is a guide to help you with the fuse locations. Also here are the security wiring diagrams and TIPM location and replacement instructions. FYI the TIPM self initializes so its easy to install.
