Key-less entry not working properly

It sounds like the remote function actuator might be going out. We should check the fuses first. Here is a a guide to help and the fuse location below along with the security system wiring diagrams so you can see how it works and which fuses the check:

The smart junction box goes out in these cars as well and is where the remote function actuator is located. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
