Key will not turn

Hello,

It sounds like the ignition tumbler has gone bad which happens. Start by disconnecting the battery and removing the steering wheel. Get the replacement from the dealer so they can program it for you before you install it have your VIN number ready. Here are the diagrams to help you do the job they say you need to remove the column but I have seen my guys in the shop do it in the car using a sharp chisel to loosen shear the bolts.
