key will not open door, battery is dead

When the power steering pump went we parked the car. Now with battery dead, cannot get the car door to open with the key. The key (without pushing button for electronic lock ) did work prior to battery dead. The hood we cannot open to charge battery either as the only door with lock is the driver , and key will not unlock.

How to get in without damage car and door electrical?
