Key not turning and gear not shifting?

I used a new car key since then the problem started. the old key won't even turn now. The steering wheel is also locked, and the gear won't shift. I have a 2006 Toyota fielder 121.

Yep, once the ignition lock wears out the gear shift will not work as well, here is how to change it out to help fix the problem. This guide may help you:
