Key light will not turn off, programming instructions needed

Please can you give me the full programming instructions on my car? I just replace the immobilizer and the ECU. so I need the programming instructions please.

I attached the process for the PCM. This is the key module. Once you program the PCM then you can run the procedure to learn the key and it will be backed up in the PCM.

The unfortunate thing is this process must be done with a scan tool capable of doing it. This is a security concern so they require the process be done with a scan tool.
