Key fob will not program

i have changed battery in key fob. I have bought new key fobs. Went to Batteries plus and they also tried to program the key fobs to no avail. They said it could be a sensor.
Need help?

More than likely you have some codes that will point to the correct issue. Let's check codes first and if that doesn't point us in the correct direction then we will probably need to replace the receiver.

However, I attached some info including a diagnostic procedure to help figure this out. Also, the programming instructions for a fob just to make sure that is what you were doing that did not work.
