just bought car and ran good, put gas in it when it was time used 93 Shell gas now it runs really bad.

it shakes at stop sign then once i get past 45 MPH it runs good again

Hi,
When you refilled the tank, did you overfill it by chance? Is the check engine light staying on when the engine is running?
If the light stays on, you should have the computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. Here is a video showing how it's done:

I realize most people don't own a scan tool. However, often times a parts store will do it free of charge. If the light is on, have this done and let me know what codes are found.
