The timing belt was old and I guess stretched and jumped timing. How do I get it back to the correct timing?

Good afternoon,

You will need to replace the belt with a new belt.

The issue is when the belt fails, it usually bends valves which will require removal of the cylinder head and replace the valves.

CAUTION: Pull off the spark plug connector in a straight movement.
