my carburetor is choking its self with too much fuel

The problem is that my carburetor is choking its self with too much fuel and so I know I need to down size my jets, but what size do i need? I live at 10,000 feet, but still want to be able to drive to sea level with out burning my engine up.

When I start my Jeep up in the morning let it warm up and get on the highway it will like barely bring up the rpm's and will not get up to 65 barely 55 mph and so once it has been driven a while it will drive like it is supposed to and then it will go 85 if you chose to, but once I slow down to make a turn and go to put it into gear the rpm's drop and the engine turns off. I asked a local mechanic that has a Jeep and he said that my carburetor is choking its self, but once I let the Jeep sit for ten minutes it will drive just fine.

I am guessing this is a Cherokee?

Can you send pictures of the carburetor and its surroundings from a distance and from a few different angles?
