jeep sound bar

I have a 1997 jeep wranglerand Im trying to install a sound bar. Where do I make the conection for the speakers and the dome light.........I see wires running down the drivers side but there no connections.........do I just splice into it.......are the right wires there.........can some one help me.........is there a place where I can get this info........thanx
