i have a 92 wrangler, manual, 6cyl, 120,000. well when i left my lights on till i got off work i needed a jump start. i must have swapped the negative and positive terminals onto the dead battery. i know that i fried something because something was smoking on the driver side. what should i check and expect to replace.

just to update i charged the battery, fuses are good(replaced the fuse under the hood that is for the fuse box), the grounds to the battery and block are good, starter seems good. i tested the coil and i didnt get a connection on the secondary. now it seems to not get a spark and no fuel is feeding to the throttle body.
