I have a small hole in my cloth top is there a repair kit for this and if so where do I find it.

No kit I know of but I'm sure Besttop or California Tops can sell you something.
What i have done in the past is use a needle and thread - semi-thick needle, nylon thread - and stitch the hole. I then go over the seams with some clear silcone. That should work. Of course if it's in a really bad spot, then you might want to consult the experts at the above mentioned places. Failing that, check with a local boat dealer as many people with boats have tarp covers that use the same material and thus have the same issues we do with our rag tops.
