car runs but intermitantly will cough or shut of sometimes will start right away other times i have to wait up to 10 to 15 min. we replaced fuel pump, filter assembly which was in gas tank ran good for awhile then started same thing again is there another exterior filter we need to change or should we drain all the fuel?
