1999 Jeep Wrangler sputtering and pulling

I have a 1999 Jeep WRangler, 6 cylinder. About a week ago, I noticed some sputtering and pulling, almost like the fuel was having problems getting into the engine, then today, the supttering got worse and now the Check Engine light is on. Is this a fuel problem, or is it something else? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

My car did the same thing, it was my TPS Sesor and Oxygen sensor. I was about to pay shop to change em, but the mechanic pulled me to side and said, hey you are about to pay to much, and that it was easy to change. He showed me where it was and i changed them and that fixedd the problem. You can also go to Auto Zone and they can diagose for free the check engie light. That can also tell you whats wrong. Hope this helps.
