1999 Jeep Wrangler manual 4 cyl 110K miles.
I was driving normal 35-40mph and filled up with gas. When I got back on the road, the oil pressure gauge suddenly dropped from 40 to just above 0 and followed by the "check gauges" light. I immediately pulled over and checked the oil dipstick and it says levels are good and the oil color looks good as well.
The Jeep does start, sounds good. The gauge begins to rise, then drops to just above 0. Any ideas?
