The fan works, but has no hot air coming from the vents. I have replaced the thermostat and still no heat. The upper radiator hose gets hot, however the heater hoses do not. Also the lower radiator hose isn't hot or warm either. I have no leaks, and the temp gauge doesn't go much farther than 210, of course i haven't driven very far because it has no heat. Please let me know what you think or if there is any thing else i should check.. Thank you...

Blocked heater core probably caused by sediment and mineral deposits. You can verify this by removing the heater core and inspecting the system for blockage.
