HAD AT SHOP THEY CHANGED PLUG AND WIRES CAP, ROTOR BUTTON ,CAMSHAFT SENSOR ,CRANK SENSOR ,THROTTLE POSTION SENSOR AND IT STILL READS MISS FIRE ON # 1 AND #3 CYLINDER WHAT COULD IT BE .

As long as the firing order is correct, I would look at the injectors.Unplug them and using a meter, check the resistance across the injector, should be 10.8 - 13.2 ohms @ 68 degrees F. Even if measured good, could be bad. Pull and inspect plug color as well, compare 1,3 to 2,4

THEY SAID THAT IT NEEDS A COMPUTER !THE ONLY THING LEFT TO WORK THE FIRING ORDER IS THE COMPUTER. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD CHANGED THE INJECTORS. ENGINE MISSES ON ALL 4 CYLINDERS. COMPUTER SHOWS MULTIPLE MISS FIRE ON 1 2 3 4 .

If it has a distributor cap, then it has a firing order.Changed injectors and now it misses on all 4 cylinders? What codes has this Jeep stored in the PCM? This sounds strange.
