If this is not do ASAP often there is serious damage done to internal components in the engine & especially the transmission, being a manual this is not as critical, have you had the engine drained , plugs out filter changed, and cranked over with fresh oil to get up oil pressure as yet, have the diffs been flushed. and the brake fluid? if none of this has yet to be done, this long after the event, i feel that you will be better of getting a new car, let me know the time frames and extent of damage done.
