1995 Jeep Wrangler fuel pump

when i turn the key on my jeep takes about 30 minutes before the fuel pump kicks in i have replaced the map sensor fuel pump relay fuse and the nap sensor its getting worse as time goes on it use to not work at all in freezing temps but now its getting trebile thanks hope you have an answer bill saffie

long shot but because it's old, ya never know...

check the contacts along the power lines for rust, or debris. Might be something as stupid as that causing the issue (bad grounding). Other than that, based on the changes you've made, I'm stumped without looking at it.
