[quote:b556470a67="Jacobandnickolas"]When it dies, have you checked to see what is missing, spark or fuel? HAs the check engine light come on?[/quote:b556470a67]ive changed fuel pump, filter, strainer, ignition coil, rotor, rotor cap and spark plugs. It will die when driving after time, and wont start up again for about 4-10 minutes, once it starts it runs fine until the next shut off. Except that i hear small backfiring noises also. Idle seems a bit unsteady.

Did you try the pick up? Has the check engine light come on? You have replaced just about everything, so we need to look at other things.
