when the key is in the on position, radio, lights etc comes on, when I go to start it " click" everything goes dead. When I jump it, it starts right up. Brand new battery, took it back to seller, he tested it and it's 100%, also changed battery cables connecters

Hi, Check All Clean Both Positive And Negative Connections.Also When It Just Clicks , See If You have Power At The Smaller Wire At the starter.Have Someone Crank The engine , As You See If The test light Will Light. If so Then the starter Is bad.
