1993 Jeep Wrangler Head Gasket

I Hate to say it, but what about a CRACKED head or block?

Maybe a cooling system pressure test would be next on my list.

Well, the head up is brand new so no cracks there, the radiator water pump and therm. are new as well and I don't think the block is cracked, no leaking oil or power lose and every thing was put back together right from torq specs to gaskets........ thats why I can't figure it out lol It seems to be getting more water in it since the head job then it did before, it didn't over hear oe nuthing, it just bugged me before and the head gasket was blown

Tell me, ole Jeep guy, what are the EXACT, (write me a book) signs that you are feeling, seeing, hearing, smelling, and ASSUMING, that H2O is entering the fossil by-products, contained within the large pan on the bottom, of your internal combustion engine.

I have to ask these questions.

My friend's big brother said his brakes were mooshy.

I told him to see if the master cylinder was low, and if it was, fill it up close to the top

Later that day, he wanted me to see why it took so much to fill it.

I opened the M.C...and he said, "No, this one"

I do not know how he could afford to fill his oil fill cap hole, slap full to the top, with brake fluid.

I have to ask these questions!

I can't pm on here and I dont want a million people to get my e-mail adress, but there water in the oil and a a very slight smell of oil burning coming from it, I own 3 Jeeps and 4 land crusiers so there no idotic questions coming from me lol. the jeep I am talking about it a 93 on 6" full sup. (converted from leaf to coil spring) lift with 20" XD wheel and 35" Toyo open country mts dana 60 axles etc......... I know alot about the mods but what ya got.

Too many to slowly type, not many traditional type, but lots of good ones. Thought maybe you were seeing SNOT inside your Oil fill cap....sign of PCV or its system failure. Go to CJ7 forum find this post, and duplicate his method minus the ones you have now. You will understand when you read his. "1984 Jeep CJ7 Turning the jeep on" Then send. I will be at computer for a little while. Its 1209 AM and I haven't bumped foward yet. Will check LATER in morning if I do not hear from you now. Love, Turddog

Regarding the "snot" thing, my pals PCV line had crap caked/ crusted in it (metal tubing/ fittings) on the opposite end from the plastic PCV.

Once we cleaned it out, it was way off on idle screws, because it was now getting so much combusion air thru the PCV.

Everything was good after the adjustments.
