1987 Jeep Wrangler V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic expt miles

I have converted my wrangler to a chevy V8 i have up graded the radiator and i still run hot does it mater if the electric fan is on the out side of the radiator or the inside.

Try putting the fan on the inside and make sure its turning C/Clockwise as you view it from the inside
