1993 Jeep Wagoneer Jeep Grand Wagoneer fuel /starting probl

Engine Performance problem
1993 Jeep Wagoneer V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

I have to floor it to keep it running, if I let off the pedal it dies. Doesn't have full power, as if it is not getting enough fuel.
What can be causing this and how do I fix it?
