what would cause it to overheat after the thermostat, water pump, and antifreeze have been changed and added?

If the radiator is not clogged up you should bleed the cooling system and see what happens if it continues get it block and pressure tested to rule out a blown headgasket, cracked head or block /intake manifold leak
